I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology with honors at Boğaziçi University. Currently based in Canada, I offer online therapy to Turkish-speaking adults from around the world. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based methods—primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—with a warm and culturally sensitive perspective. I primarily work with issues related to migration, identity, relationships, and emotional distress.
